The resort has a lovely setting and a variety of family activities, making it appealing to those with children. However, the service can be frustrating, particularly concerning room assignments and staff responsiveness. Additionally, the quality of the extra sleeping accommodations leaves much to be desired, impacting comfort during the stay.

Our stay at Roundhouse Resort had some highs and lows. The expansive array of activities, particularly the indoor pool and outdoor games for our family, made the experience enjoyable. However, the service fell short, particularly during our check-in process which caused unnecessary stress. The room we stayed in was acceptable though not without its issues. Overall, while the amenities and activities are enticing, the service aspect needs significant improvement.
